Weigh in week 3
I was a little worried about my weigh in this week.. I exercised a bit more but also ate a bit more (including a little ice cream treat) and then I was even more worried when my period kicked in last night..
But none of that mattered because..
I lost 3 lbs! :D
My inch lost was quite small this week but that’s okay. I made a chart where I can tick off my weight and see it every day! And I did the same with my inches lost.
Since 3 weeks ago I have lost 7 & 1/2 inches off of my whole body :)
I’m now at the lowest weight I have been in around 3 years!! So far I’m not seeing any differences but I feel much more alert and energetic. I went to a BBQ on Saturday and a friend who didn’t even know I was trying to lose weight said it looked like I had so that MADE MY DAY :) When I started 3 weeks ago I wasn’t even at my heaviest weight so..
Looking forward to continuing and seeing further results :D
