Hello ;D

I was a little worried about my weigh in this week.. I exercised a bit more but also ate a bit more (including a little ice cream treat) and then I was even more worried when my period kicked in last night..

But none of that mattered because..

I lost 3 lbs! :D
SO HAPPY.

My inch lost was quite small this week but that’s okay. I made a chart where I can tick off my weight and see it every day! And I did the same with my inches lost.
Since 3 weeks ago I have lost 7 & 1/2 inches off of my whole body :)

I’m now at the lowest weight I have been in around 3 years!! So far I’m not seeing any differences but I feel much more alert and energetic. I went to a BBQ on Saturday and a friend who didn’t even know I was trying to lose weight said it looked like I had so that MADE MY DAY :) When I started 3 weeks ago I wasn’t even at my heaviest weight so..

Looking forward to continuing and seeing further results :D

Aww, maybe you could get one and turn it up? Tbh I think I’m too short to, I got one with the a stretchy top and I have to pull it up really high xD Probably going to trip on it but ohhh well ;p

Today I went for a casual stroll into town to return a DVD and decided to pop into town, I wanted to buy a swimming costume so I can start swimming in a few weeks so thought I’d have a browse.

I tried on a swimming costume (well a few) and despite feeling kinda self concious I didn’t think it was AS BAD as I was expecting xD So I ended up liking one and got it. It’s the first swimming costume I have bought/owned in probably somewhere over 10 years :o

While browsing the shop I spontaneously decided to try on a maxi dress, I have never owned nor worn or even tried one on before but I thought they looked comfy and cool for summer but obviously keep you covered up.
The one I tried on I REALLY liked, I felt really comfortable in it and ended up buying it on a bit of a whim.
It’s a teeeeeny bit long for me and I probably couldn’t have picked a much more bolder or colourful print, which I realised probably isn’t the best thing when I need to build up confidence to wear a new item of clothing :p haha. I’m not sure what to wear it with but I am determined that I WILL wear it at some point and not let my anxiety talk me out of it.

Anyway, I ended up trying on the swim costume again when I got home just to be sure I liked it, and I did so I removed the hygiene strip and turned it inside out to look at the instructions to wash it (My Nan was always adamant on washing clothing and bedding etc before first use and I guess it rubbed off on me) and I noticed a fairly large tare under the bust. GUTTED. I haven’t actually worn it properly and I tried it on with underwear but now I’m worried they won’t exchange it because I removed the hygiene strip (although I did stick it back on but it’s really crinkled so I think they’ll know xD)

And annoyingly I go back to Cambridge tomorrow so I’ve had to ask my mum to exchange it with me.
I’m pretty certain I didn’t cause the tare cos I would have felt/heard it? :s but yeah.

The ironic thing is that it was from a shop I RARELY shop in because I think there clothing is usually very cheap looking/feeling and doesn’t last long.. as well as the sizes always seem to be really off for me :s Goes to prove you should STICK TO WHAT YOU KNOW.. but for me that usually means I am dressed from head to toe in stuff from one shop and one shop only :p
